PUBLIC Group Sound Bath

Service Description

This is a PUBLIC group sound bath up to a maximum of 6 people. It will take place every 4-6 weeks, whereby dates will be published online, as they become available. This is £25 per person. Come along and join other like minded people in a relaxing, soothing sound bath. Relax and enjoy this 1hr 30min, unique experience. A Sound Bath involves numerous instruments being played, whilst clients are lying on singular air bed with two pillows, a cushion and a cosy soft blanket for extra comfort. An eye mask is also provided to enhance the other senses of the body. Crystal Bowls and the Gong are the main instruments used, along with several others. The vibrations and frequencies wash over the body encouraging relaxation. Everyone will experience something different. You may have memories surface from a time past. This can very emotional for individuals. You may experience a deep meditative state and deep relaxation. Each experience is very personal and different for each person. The following conditions will prevent you from having any form of Sound Bath with Evolve Sound Retreats: *Epilepsy *Severe Tinnitus *Heart conditions (unless medical consent is given) *pregnancy in the first 3 months *Parkinson’s Disease and or a DBS device *Severe mental health problems *Under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and..... if you have any of the following conditions, then a Tibetan bowl CANNOT be placed on the body but you may still have a Sound Bath: *Respiratory failure or inflammation *Highly Metastatic Cancer (Cancer that has spread from where it started to another part of the body) *Pregnancy at any stage *Recent surgery (last 3 months) *Liver failure or inflammation *High fever, cold or flu *Contagious skin conditions *Mechanical device in the body (heart pacemaker, Stent, Shunt, ICD etc) *Previous brain injuries or operations *Blood infections: sepsis, Bacteraemia (presence of bacteria in the blood stream), blood clots etc *Meningitis *Kidney stones or failure *Haemorrhage or Haemophilia *Lung infections or Pneumonia *Metal implants, inserts or staples *Previously experienced a stroke or heart disease. (Allow 10mins to complete a consultation form)
